  • The Mayfair 7000 mattress boasts generous layers of natural silk and wool, atop 7000 comfortable and responsive pocket springs. These layers and the individual springs work together in harmony to ensure that you sleep in comfort whilst remaining fully supported. Gainsborough's unique PowerEdge support system means you can sleep soundly, right up to the edge of the mattress. The vents on the side of the mattress combined with the natural fillings ensure the mattress' temperature is maintained at a natural and comfortable temperature at all times.

    The 7000 pocket springs at the core of this Gainsborough mattress all work independently to provide posture enhancing support. The springs move and act like pistons, moving up and down as weight is applied. This means the mattress will mould and conform to the contours of the body, promoting good posture and preventing aches and pains from forming. Furthermore, these springs are hollow, there is nothing inside, and so air can move freely through the mattress.

     

    The Mayfair's Belgian damask finish is hand-tufted and has two rows of genuine hand side stitching, ensuring edge to edge support from the mattress, and a gloriously soft touch.
